1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2 Prepare the pan (33x14cm) with some olive oil and flour.
3 Put the olive oil and the almond milk in a bowl and whisk them together.
4 Add flour, fresh onions and mix them.
5 Grate the courgettes (without draining them).
6 Add the walnuts, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, Hello-V Classic, mix them and put them in the pan.
7 Bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes until it’s well done.
