COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Prepare the pan (33x14cm) with some olive oil and flour.

Put the olive oil and the almond milk in a bowl and whisk them together.

Add flour, fresh onions and mix them.

Grate the courgettes (without draining them).

Add the walnuts, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, Hello-V Classic, mix them and put them in the pan.

Bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes until it’s well done.
