1 In a bowl put Hello-V Mozzarella, vegan mayonnaise, basil pesto, corn and mix.
2 In the meantime, put the pastry sheet in a pan and bake in a preheated oven, at 200°C approximately for 15 minutes until the pastry sheet inflates but is not baked all the way.
3 When the pastry sheet is ready, remove it from the oven and press with the spoon in the middle, creating a dent.
4 Fill it with the mixture that we prepared, add tomatoes, cheery tomatoes, fresh herbs, salt, pepper and bake for 10 more minutes.
5 Cut in portions and serve.
