1 Cut Hello-V Aromatic Chili in cubes.
2 Wash and boil the potatoes in salty water.
3 When potatoes are ready, cut them in half and carefully scoop out the flesh into a bowl, leaving the shells intact.
4 Add to the bowl the red beans, onions, vegan mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and mix.
5 Stuff the potatoes with the mixture and bake them in the preheated oven, at 180°C for 15 minutes until Hello-V Aromatic Chill melts.
6 Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, fresh aromatic herbs and serve.
