1 Rub the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper and bake them in a pan without any other fatty substance. Bake for 5 minutes in each side until they are ready.
2 When the sweet potato is ready let it aside until we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
3 Spread on bread vegan margarine and bake it on the pan that we baked the sweet potato. When the bread is ready, we can start preparing the sandwiches.
4 Spread on the bread slices mustard. In 2 bread slices add the sweet potato, two slices of Hello-V Classic, tomato slices, iceberg, seal with the second slice of bread and serve.
