Hello-V Classic Club sandwich with baked vegetables

INGREDIENTS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1 Mix the vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, crushed red peppers and bake them in a preheated oven, at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes at every side.
2 Add vegan mayonnaise to the toasted slices.
3 Put in the first slice of all the baked vegetables, one slice of Hello-V Classic, cucumber, rocket, one more Hello-V Classic slice and put the second slice of toasted bread.
4 Cut in half and serve.
