1 Grate Hello-V Smoked and zucchinis.
2 In a bowl put almond milk, olive oil, salt and mix.
3 Add onions and basil.
4 Mix zucchinis with the mush that we prepared. Until it becomes a firm dough.
5 Put a parchment paper on a pan. Add some olive oil and spread it.
6 With two spoons form zucchini meatballs.
7 Bake at preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
8 Prepare sauce by mixing vegan mayonnaise, mustard and crushed red peppers.
9 Serve zucchini meatballs with a salad and sauce on the side.
