1 Use a big pan or a shallow pot with a lid to cook.
2 Put olive oil, add onions, salt, close the lid and let it cook at medium heat for about 10 minutes.
3 Add risoni and mix until it becomes a dark colour.
4 Pour the wine and let it evaporate completely.
5 Put the peppers to multi until they mash.
6 Add peppers, tomato paste and let them stay for a few minutes until they drain.
7 Add warm water, close with the lid and cook for about 17 minutes.
8 When the risoni is ready, add fresh herbs, fresh pepper, Hello-V Classic mix and serve with extra Hello-V Classic (shredded), chives and walnuts (optionally).
