1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2 Melt vegan margarine at medium heat.
3 Spread half kataifi in the pan (20cm) and add half vegan margarine and Hello-V Mozzarella flavour.
4 Add the rest of kataifi, using your hands to press on it well, add the rest of the vegan margarine and bake for 40 minutes.
5 In the meantime, boil the ingredients of the syrup. When it starts to boil and the sugar melts, remove from heat and set syrup aside to cool.
6 When künefe is ready, throw syrup, sprinkle pistachios and serve.
