Hello-V – 100% vegan, zero compromises on flavour. Hello-V is a brand of KOLIOS S.A, a company that has been synonymous with excellent Greek cheese and yoghurt products for over 70 years. Founded in 1948 following a long family tradition of cheese-making, the firm is based in Northern Greece.
 
Our first venture into producing vegan cheese alternatives started in the 1980s. Fasting is an integral part of Greek culture, with several fasting periods throughout the year. In Greece, fasting means not eating any animal-based products. That’s how we came up with the idea of developing dairy-free cheese for fasting periods. For the same great taste without any animal-based ingredients.
 
Ever since we’ve been constantly developing and refining our vegan product range. All made possible thanks to the extensive expertise, creativity and craftsmanship of our employees.
